A summary of licence terms across products. Full clauses live in the bundled LICENSE.md of each product. For anything not covered here, the bundled LICENSE and the terms of service are authoritative.

Terminology
- Personal: use for personal creative work, study, or hobby.
- Small commercial: commercial use by an entity with under 50M JPY (≈USD 320K) annual revenue.
- Large commercial: anything beyond that, including incorporation into corporate IP, advertising, or distribution platforms.
- Redistribution: passing the ZIP, source, or bundled artefacts to third parties.
- Derivatives: tracks, music videos, persona output, etc. produced with the tools. Ownership remains with the user.
Common Conditions
- Redistribution is prohibited across all products. Do not pass the same ZIP or source files to others.
- Ownership of derivatives (generated tracks, videos, persona output, etc.) remains with the user.
- Credit is not required. If credited, "Built with Emocute Studio" / "Made with Emocute Visual" or similar is recommended.
- Use for illegal acts, discrimination, or infringement of others' rights is forbidden.
