System Requirements

What does Emocute Studio Pro run on?

With Python 3.10 or later installed, you do not need the main Emocute Studio, Suno, a DAW, or any AI subscription. Pro installs its required components on first launch (about 550 MB; an internet connection is required). On Mac (macOS 12 or later), Pro builds an app on first launch and opens in its own window; this requires Command Line Tools, and Macs that cannot build it open Pro in the browser instead. On Windows, Pro opens in the browser. Claude Code or Codex is needed only for the optional AI features such as progression design.

What do Emocute Studio / Studio Lite run on?

They are source packages that run with Claude Code (Anthropic's official CLI) or Codex (OpenAI's official CLI, available with a paid ChatGPT plan). They are not standalone apps. Components such as Python 3.10+, FluidSynth, and ffmpeg are installed by the AI when you say "set up" after launch. No DAW is required. If you use Suno, the Pro or Premier plan is recommended (for Upload Audio).

What does Emocute Visual run on?

Claude Code (Claude Pro / Max plan recommended). Supported OS: macOS / Linux, with Python 3.10+, FFmpeg, and Node.js. Windows is untested (expected to work on Linux under WSL2).

Where can I buy?

What payment methods are accepted?

Card payment via Stripe.

Do I get a receipt?

Stripe sends an automatic receipt email after each purchase. For reissues, contact [email protected].

Download and Sign-in

How do I sign in?

Sign in with your email and password. Create an account from the sign-up page if you don't have one. Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email.

I lost my download link

Sign in and re-download from the library. If you no longer remember the email used, contact [email protected] with the purchase details. There is no time limit.

License

Can I use it commercially?

License terms vary by product. Work you create with Studio, Studio Lite, Studio Pro, or Visual may be used commercially (some scales or uses require contacting us). See the licenses page for each product's terms. For secondary use or sampling of album tracks, please contact us separately.

Can I redistribute?

Redistribution is not permitted for any product. Sharing the same ZIP or source files with others violates the license.

Updates

Are updates free?

For every product, all updates except major upgrades (a new major version) are free, forever. Download the latest version from your library at any time.

I want to roll back to an older version

We keep ZIPs of past versions. Contact [email protected] with the desired version.

Refunds and Support

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of downloadable digital goods, refunds are generally not accepted. For exception cases such as corrupted files, defects, or duplicate payments, see the refund policy.

Can I request a feature?
