1. Application

These Terms govern the use of software and related services (the "Services") provided by Emocute Lab. (the "Provider"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Sales Model

The Services are one-time purchase digital goods delivered as ZIP downloads. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.

3. License

Purchasers may use the purchased goods within the scope of their personal creative work. Redistribution, resale, and transfer to third parties are prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Redistributing source code or assets to third parties
• Using the Services for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineering aimed at circumventing licensing
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or reputation of the Provider or third parties

5. Disclaimer

The Services are provided as-is. The Provider makes no express or implied warranty regarding the absence of factual or legal defects. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Provider bears no liability for damages arising from use of the Services.

6. Changes

The Provider may amend these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on this site.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's location.
