Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of software and related services (the "Services") provided by Emocute Lab. (the "Provider"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Products

The Services include one-time-purchase digital goods delivered as ZIP downloads, and the credit-based cloud service "Emosta." One-time products are paid in a single charge at checkout. Emosta credits are prepaid; each credit covers one generation and expires 6 months from the date of purchase. Neither involves recurring charges or auto-renewing subscriptions.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, the Provider grants purchasers a non-exclusive license to use the purchased products, including for commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page. Redistribution, resale, and transfer to third parties are prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Redistributing source code or assets to third parties
• Using the Services for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineering for the purpose of circumventing the license
• Infringing the intellectual property or privacy of, or damaging the reputation of, the Provider or third parties

5. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

6. Amendments

The Provider may amend these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on this site.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Provider's domicile as the court of first instance.
