Refund Policy

1. General Policy

The Services are downloadable digital goods. Due to the nature of the product, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once a download link has been issued.

2. Download Link Reissuance

If you lose the link or change devices, we reissue the link for free in lieu of issuing a refund. Contact us via the contact form or at support@emocutelab.com with the email used at purchase. There is no time limit.

3. Exceptions (Refunds Available)

In the following cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase via the contact form or support@emocutelab.com and we will issue a full refund after verification.

  • Downloaded files are corrupted and cannot be restored even after reissuance
  • The product fails to function despite meeting the stated requirements (reproducible defect)
  • Duplicate payment occurred
  • The product materially differs from its description

4. Emosta Credits (Cloud Version)

The cloud version of Emosta runs on a prepaid credit system. Credits are handled as follows.

  • Credits already used for generation are non-refundable (the digital service has been rendered).
  • If a generation fails for technical reasons, the consumed credit is automatically returned to your account.
  • Entirely unused packs (zero credits consumed) are fully refundable if you contact us within 14 days of purchase.
  • Credits expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Credits not used within this period are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment card. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
