Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of a digital product (ZIP download), refunds, returns, and exchanges after the download is complete are not accepted as a general rule.

However, we will handle the following cases individually:

  • Corruption or missing parts of the downloaded file.
  • The product does not function due to a serious bug on our part.
  • An obvious operational mistake, such as a duplicate purchase.

Refunds are made in accordance with our Refund Policy and are, as a general rule, issued to the original payment method through Stripe. For details, please refer to the Refund Policy.

Provision of Updates

  • Updates within the v1.x range (v1.9.4 → v1.10 → v1.11 ...) are provided free of charge to existing purchasers.
  • The latest version can be re-downloaded from the "Library" page of this site.
  • Major updates (such as v2.0) are treated as new products, and existing purchasers will be separately offered a discounted price.

Critical fixes relating to security or integrity are provided free of charge regardless of version.

Operating Environment

The text files (md / html) within the ZIP are intended to be used with the following clients:

  • Supported environment: Claude Code CLI (macOS / Windows / Linux).

The prompt structure can also be reused on other clients such as Claude Desktop's Project Knowledge or Cursor, but because the named invocation via HR—which is the core of the 22-persona orchestration—becomes dependent on the client's heuristics, such use is outside our support guarantee (at your own risk).
